Recipe #1 1. Slice 2 large onions into thin strips. Sauté them in a very hot frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 2. Dice 150g of chicken (chicken breast or thigh, preferably locally sourced or labelled Label Rouge or organic). When the onions are translucent, add the chicken. 3. When the mixture is golden brown and grilled, add 5 cl of water to the frying pan. Mix well. 6. Clean and slice 500 g of button mushrooms, then add them to the frying pan. 7. Sprinkle with 20 g of cornstarch or white wheat flour. Mix well. 8. Add 125 ml of cream or whole milk. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. 9. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Recipe #2 1. In a cast-iron pot, add 5 tablespoons of olive oil and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (Isio 4, sunflower, rapeseed, etc.). 2. Add 500g of washed new potatoes.
