Demgegenüber tun sich einige 🇪🇺-Mitgliedsstaaten schwer, das besondere öffentliche Interesse zum Ausbau #Erneuerbarer laut #RED3 anzuwenden!

Jurist Dr. Florian Stangl an einem Rednerpult beim Vortrag auf dem Fachdialog RED III-Umsetzung, in Kooperation mit der JKU in Linz. Sein Konterfei wird begleitet von einem Zitat: "Die RED III gibt Österreich die lange gewünschte Möglichkeit, Genehmigungsverfahren für Energiewende-Projekte zu beschleunigen. Diese Chance bleibt fahrlässigerweise bislang ungenutzt.

Die EU macht's möglich, Bund & Länder müssen nur zugreifen, um die Energiewende voranzubringen: Straffere Genehmigungsverfahren, One-Stop-Shops und die Ausweisung von Beschleunigungsgebieten.
