Time sure flies! Yesterday marked three years since Frazer Brown aka #RedCabinComics pretended to ship nonexistent #TFTQ charity anthologies still owed to 75% of his £37k Kickstarter backers to this day. He last pretended news was still nigh this Nov. 7. www.kickstarter.com/projects/the...
Screenshot of a Red Cabin Comics instagram post showing a video clip on the left (a glitchy image of a Moon with a headline "Signal Received" followed by an image of an old-school TV screen with the TFTQ comic logo). The post caption reads "Nuntii imminentes" (or "imminent news" in Latin) followed by a desperate slew of hashtag topics. TFTQ Kickstarter backers have not been addressed since summer 2023 regarding Frazer's refusal to fulfill their pledges for a charity comic anthology they paid for in 2020. Frazer announced the beginning of book shipments in December 2022 for 160 backers, though none arrived. He repeated that lie in July 2023, claiming "rescheduling." To date, all backers of the full anthology (75% of the campaign's 814 backers) are owed a book that's aggressively unproven to even have been produced.
Like clockwork, Frazer dons his "serious comic company" cosplay a week ahead of Though Bubble with new posts to #RedCabinComics socials that don't address why 75% of #TFTQ Kickstarter backers still don't have books they paid for in 2020 — 160 of which he lied about shipping in 2022/23.
Frazer feels he should be able to flaunt retracted art for his continued benefit against the will of its creators. Not a great look for a "publisher." #TFTQ #RedCabinComics
