I don't know why everyone dings on #ChaEunWoo in #TrueBeauty (tho I totally stan #HwangInYeop in everything). I'm kind of fond of CEW especially since #RentedInFinland. Which BTW you have to watch. It's pure sweetness.

I am watching #RentedInFinland because it fills me with joy. Reality shows have never interested me before. Once again, Koreans do them better. #KwakDongYeon cooking I mean come onnnnnn happiness. And #LeeJeHoon finally able to eat as much as he wants. Precious.

Really enjoying the way @LeeJeHoon is such a total badass in #TaxiDriver #Kdrama but such a complete goober in #RentedInFinland (ostensibly the "real" Lee Je Hoon but reality shows, you know... are shows...but still....THE GOOBERINESS!)

HE DID IT he learned to row properly I am so proud of him!! Look at that excellent form, using his whole body to pull. And the boat is pointed in the right direction and everything. A+ rowing grade to Kwak Dong Yeon! (C+ for Lee Je Hoon but he didn't practice as much so...) #RentedInFinland

A rowing boat on a lake. The man rowing is seated....on the front passenger seat. (There is a seat for the person rowing. It is roughly in the middle of the boat. It is empty.) The man is, as is customary in a rowing boat, facing the back of the boat. UNFORTUNATELY he is not actually rowing with the prow forward but instead shifting his boat through water stern first. And of course this means that instead of using the traditional heave-ho rowing motion of pulling the oars through water to propel the boat forwards, he is somehow pushing them around in circles which does, in fact, move the boat but it's like watching a snake wearing sneakers: wrong in ways that make no sense.

Words cannot explain how my entire body twitches at the...unique...way Kwak Dong Yeon rows a boat. He is a very good and responsible travel buddy/chef but he literally does not know one end of the boat from the other? He rows backwards in reverse?? But somehow still gets around??? #RentedInFinland

I also binged #RentedinFinland and loved every minute of it.

It was an exercise in stripping away things, only to appreciate getting them back so much more. Kudos to each actor for sharing this time with us.
