I don’t understand why states just don’t simply ignore it. It has no authority over them. It is a meaningless piece of paper. It doesn’t need to be litigated—it needs to be roundly disregarded. If a red state chooses to implement the decree…that’s on them. #RestoreTheVRA

Texas was covered by VRA until GOP Supreme Court gutted it in 2013. And they gutted it because their "Great Replacement" fears were going to be reality before too much longer.
We need to #RestoreTheVRA and expand it with the John Lewis VRAA.
