Sungold tomatoes straight off the vines filling two trays of the dehydrator to capacity.
Sungold tomatoes after a long stint in a warm dehydrator are much smaller, sweeter, chewy and shelf stable. Yummy as is or cooked into recipes.
It's harvest season here at #RetskeFarm. We have a few weeks of cherry tomatoes coming and this is my favorite thing to do with them.
