First top coat of my Lancaster model. It will get better as I layer it on. I have not masked the sides yet but that will happen. Even though the underneath calls for black, the plastic black will still need painting.

A coffee frother with the whisk cut off. The metal tip just fits into bottle tops of paint and will stir the paint after it has settled. You have to be careful as it will splash a lot if the bent tip comes out of the paint when it is spinning.

Paint has had a good stir but sometimes...
I don't use an airbrush but it will look better after another coat or two.
I use a cheap Ikea coffee frother with the end cut off as a paint stirrer. Does a good job. But risk splatter..... (still don't like this kit).

My model of a dam buster Lancaster. There are no wheels yet, they will need painting before I fit them and the edges on this smoothed. Not much left though looks like a lot more is needed.

Might need some wheels. Getting there but will need to polish off a few edges as well.
