#RhythmOfWar feels subdued on the heels of Oathbringer. Some familiar characters are still charming, others brought to the forefront are hit or miss. The plot will appeal to those into hard magic systems, while the worldbuilding still feels too expansive to fully grasp. 3/5 Stars
