Crane Rigging Foreman Description

Core Responsibilities of Rigging Foreman
- Lead and manage all rigging operations across the company
- Develop, train, and mentor a professional rigging crew
- Plan, walk, and execute rigging projects from start to finish
- Coordinate bull rigging jobs, mechanical and electrical equipment moves, and multilevel building projects
- Work closely with our crane operators and flaggers to ensure safe, efficient operations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
- Uphold our commitment to safety, precision, and reliability on every job

What We’re Looking for in a Rigging Foreman
- 5+ years of experience in crane and rigging operations
- Proven experience in bull rigging, skating, jacking and complex lifts
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a team mindset
- Deep understanding of rigging equipment, planning, and safely executing the plan
- Professional and dependable foreman who will drive people and performance
