I raised this with Cabinet Office more than year ago. They compile #RiskRegister but missile attack is at end of hundreds of other risks so not treated seriously. Plus what about #CivilDefence ? We don’t have sirens or bomb shelters any more.

I can honestly say I have never seen penguins and sharks on a risk register before … and least of all as a high risk…
