Active Travel shared-use Path now open - connecting communities – Scottish Borders Council A new section of the River Tweed Trail has been completed and opened for people walking, wheeling and cycling in the Scottish Borders.

Exciting to see a new section of the #RiverTweedTrail open for walkers, wheelers and cyclists, connecting #Peebles Town centre to Whitestone Park, crossing the A72 and into the wider Tweed Valley Railway path. Minor improvement works ongoing include new signage and benches. 🚶‍♀️🚵‍♂️
