I have to remember I've only been a lacrosse umpire for exactly 11 matches. For reference, during a big tournament weekend for soccer, that's a weekend for me. I have to give myself grace. But that's hard to do because I'm a perfectionist. #RefereeLife #RoadDoggReferee
