Total time for Round Sheffield Run inc stops and walked sections, an interesting race separate sections timed of various lengths. Being Sheffield some brutal uphill sections and of course the downhill is alway nice. Ankle very bad today going to need treatment. #runchat #running #Roundsheffieldrun
Busy day of running today.
First, head down to #blackRocksParkrun to check out the new event, finish 10th in 20:28
After that drive up to Sheffield and complete the mountains 14.7 mile #RoundSheffieldRun route in 2:46 and claim my medal
Then when finally home, promptly fall asleep!
