THe Ouse from the Millennium Bridge, Rowntree Park side. Swollen river. One third up on the left the steps from the bridge end in water and a bench is almost underwater. No doubt some time over winter it will be completely submerged. Above the steps the goal posts in the park can be seen nestled in the edge of the tree line.
Seen from the Rowntree Park side of the bridge, the path leading to town is flooded. The park is closed but I don't think it's flooded YET.
From the centre of Millennium Bridge. Golden trees line the swollen river, narrowing in the distance
From the Fulford side of the bridge. Rowntree Park behind the trees running from the middle of the left side to the centre of the shot where they merge with the trees on the right. The path to town always floods before the opposite side

Don't know how many times I've photographed these scenes. Today used the 128 Neutral density setting on the OM1ii. Couldn't remember how to move the grid line to get the best effect. 2 second exposures, brilliant stabilisation.
