In the states, it’s rare for a #highereducation institution to sponsor and hire a staff member who is an international applicant. I’d love to hear from current higher education staff members in #canada and the #uk if it’s a possibility for me as a DEI #sapro in the US to look internationally.

I’m at a conference where I interview candidates for a role at my university. Of course the candidates now get to stare at the forehead bump that I got when I hit it on a shelf bending down. Argh.
