However in #sd50 with over 130k ballots between Oswego and Onondaga John Mannion's Election Night lead fell from 23 to 10. This year we have new, and I believe even more accurate scanners. The hand count will be a good way of actually testing that belief.
Last year for #SD50 we had to count approximately 94k ballots. That took 6 days, we started on Tuesday November 30, 2022 and ended on Tuesday December 6, 2022. That was 6 full days of counting.
