We had so much fun inflecting steam night with a taste of the humanities! I am so grateful to the whole UNH History Department butter-churning team who turned #STEAM into #SHTEAM! 🗃️

Tonight, a group of awesome UNH history students will be helping me inject humanities into my local elementary school’s STEAM night with a hands-on, butter-churning lesson in the history of technology! Putting the #SHTEAM in #STEAM! 🧈🏫🚂
