False Puffball (Enteridium lycoperdon) today in @scotwildlife.bsky.social Bawsinch Nature Reserve, Edinburgh. It was in the process of forming it's skin and appeared to be "guttating", exuding droplets of amber liquid. As a slime mould that's probably not the right term for this process. Probably just drying out but I have not seen that before. #SlimeTime
