Wow, it is very jarring going from #P3R (the demo) to #SMTVengeance because all the UI/UX things I really liked in Persona are missing
Instead I'm like "wow, this is clearly made by the same people that made Tokyo Mirage Sessions" 😅 (And yes, I know the Persona and SMT teams are split, but still)

Demi-Fiend getting blasted in the face with a final Freikugal thanks to Masakado. Literally the last attack I could have him do after running out of Soma's, Chakra Pots and other effective MP recovery options.
Beelzebub's passive allows his Debilitate to stack twice with one cast, vital for setting up Masakado's big damage turns. He also was great at exploiting Cuchulain, Girimekala and Cerberus' weaknesses for extra turns. Finally he was my second Luster Candy caster.
The killing power of the team. With full buffs, debuffs, Magatsuhi Critical and Charge active his Recalcitrant Execution crits for 6k damage on all targets. Extremely powerful, but has to be carefully balanced to be able to kill Demi-Fiends demons at a measured pace. Too quickly, we waste time damaging him. Too late, we explode from Gaea Rage.
Vishnu was the team healer. Key being Bowl of Hygeia+Medihran to be able to overheal and give everyone 1000 HP. Key for surviving Demi-Fiend's Freikugal, and to offer insurance against a rare triple Megidoloan. He also helps murder Demi-Fiend's Pixie before she can get a chance to heal him.
FUCKING GOT HIM After three days of attempts!! He's not as insane as he is in Digital Devil Saga 1, but #SMTVengeance Demi-Fiend is still a hell of a battle. He's a good culmination of where Atlus Superbosses should be:Tough, with some turn counting management. But flexible enough for adaptation 1/2
