Our Education Transformation Committee presented "Recruiting from Within: Challenges & Opportunities with Faculty Development" on Sunday at @stfm-fm.bsky.social #STFMAN25. Presenters highlighted programs from across the country & discussed lessons learned to retain + develop faculty in their depts.

We had an amazing day at the STFM Annual Spring Conference, kicking off the festivities with a welcome address from STFM President Joseph Gravel, MD, and our first general session! We just wrapped up with the welcome reception and awards ceremony!
