Am I missing out or is there an actual "St. Louis-style" BBQ joint on the Hill? The only places I knew of that served the real deal were Ms. Piggies Smokehouse and Phil's BBQ, both now closed. I need to check out Gobble Stop Smokehouse, Roper’s Ribs, and St. Louis Q. #STLBBQ
