This is my first #saltfatacidheat experiment. I took the building blocks of a basic ‘Israeli Salad,’ (cucumbers, tomatoes, olive oil, salt & lemon) and messed around. I macerated red onions in the lemon juice and salted the tomatoes before mixing the salad together.
