His reaction to it all is perfection. The not-so-fake fake dating is cute, and their chemistry is terrific! Despite the things that go awry, I like them as a couple. They're sweet, without being too sweet, and steamy. Their dates are just... 🫠 - especially when he takes her to meet Sara. 🦥 Meemaw adds a ton of color. That woman is a trip! That's the kind of grandma I hope to one day be like. (Lord, help my family!) 🤣 I read along with the audio book. The narrators, Lee Samuels and Samantha Summers, were great.
