Die Gruppenspiele waren auch teilweise eher wackelig.

Und wenn dann Formschwankungen bei fest eingeplanten Säulen (Itō) dazukommen, dann ist das eben eher problematisch.

Bleibt abzuwarten, ob Ibata als Manager von #SamuraiJapan weitermachen darf.

Der Traum von der #WBC Titelverteidigung ist für #SamuraiJapan vorbei. Im Viertelfinale gegen Venezuela gab es letzte Nacht eine 5:8-Niederlage. Es ist das früheste Ausscheiden im #WBC bislang (sonst immer mindestens Halbfinale).
