I keep seeing images of #SandiePeggie looking smug today but should be remembered that most of her spurious claim was not upheld. Dr Beth Upton, the #trans victim in all of this, had all claims against her dismissed. Not that you would know from some biased MSM reporting.
I wonder how #SandiePeggie will celebrate her 'victory'?
Post some bacon through a mosque's letterbox? Make jokes about flooding in Indonesia? No wonder her lawyer wouldn't touch that stuff on Scotcast. It seems the folk who are happy to live with transphobia also don't mind a bit of racism.
A tribunal has ruled that transphobic bigots can demand the targets of their bigotry are isolated and discriminated against: because they have a right to be bigoted.
This is what happens when the EHRC loudly removes protection for a minority group.
