I hadn't realised #BethUpton had been granted anonymity but a very high profile GC named her then named her again with "whoops" comment. That must have been because it was a tribunal. Defying court ruling brings jail time as we found over the #Salmond accusers attempts to expose them 9 months jail.

Widespread legitimised "fuck off we don't want you here!" bans aren't going to be worth the cost of fighting them, every instance is going to be different so "test" cases to set precedent probably a non starter.
Trans people will be highly vulnerable to the #BethUpton media circus they don't want.
