Spike passed away in the night. He's not suffering anymore. But damn am I gonna miss him. He was such a good cuddler. And was such a part of my daily morning routine. Get Spike out and cuddle while I drink coffee.

Good news is though, something I haven't been sharing is my beloved monitor lizard Ember had been sick and not eating.
Last night she finally ate on her own and she's been perking up the past couple days so that's a big relief!

Ember was super cuddly under the heated blanket with me. But then she got antsy. She needed a soak anyway so that's what I did and she finely pooped! 😃 Now she can go into brumation if she wants to and I don't have to worry. 🥰

Just got done giving her a soak. All the reptile tanks get deep cleaned on Saturdays and Ember and Stinky (beardie) get warm baths. I love my scaly dog. 🥰 She can be so cuddly~
