Well can also be the wish of #SecondNorway residents to not make their area be a "pass-through" place.

A snapshot of the Second Life World Map, colored to indicate new regions. In this particular shot, you can see 3 new regions: 2 on the northeast corner of Azure Islands, and one on the north-ish sub-areas of Second Norway.

I see both #SecondNorway and #AzureIslands growing ... I still wonder why they don't connect their waterways, though.
