A 4th c. #Christian Bible, #CodexSinaiticus, was rediscovered on #ThisDayInHistory in 1859. It contains large parts of the #Septuagint, all the #NewTestament, and numerous additional works. Its many differences with later manuscripts show us how #scripture was altered over time.
