My afternoon game at #WinterWonderLard was a spectacular Indian Mutiny encounter using #SharpPractice a range of different troop types from cavalry, militia to regulars & conscripts played a part, all with lots of characterisation. This resulted in a fun filled battle going right down to the wire.

Its rare to pull off such a perfectly timed double envelopment in Sharp Practice. I managed it yesterday in a hard-fought game against @battlebrushstudios.bsky.social. And I even managed to win, although it was a very close run thing! #spreadthelard #sharppractice #wargaming

Day Two (today) of 'Beast From The East' #SharpPractice event saw two resounding victories for Eltjo and my Russo-Prussian force, swiftly capturing the town and fighting off the French in game one and spiking the guns and my dragoons smashing a six group French column in the second! #SpreadTheLard

Saturday was day one of the #SharpPractice 'Beast From The East' event at BIG Bristol my Prussians being paired with Eltjo's Russians against all French comers. Game one was something of a losing draw but game two a glorious victory for our cavalry heavy Russo-Prussian force! #SpreadTheLard

Nevertheless, on the right flank I had a bit more success as my Voltigeurs skirmished back and forth with Grenzers until I could bring my Chasseurs to bare and drive the Austrians off before my Force Morale collapsed. Good old #SharpPractice always supplies a entertaining game.
