I hate having to call trauma surgery SO 👏🏼 MUCH 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 that I fucking create more work for myself 🫠🫠

I missed that abx were ordered over 24 hours ago—which CMS excludes those cases.

I thought the NP ordered them at 0415 TONIGHT. But they were ordered YESTERDAY.
