Two groups out this morning despite the drizzle.
It wasn’t glamorous, it wasn’t dry… but it was another reminder that a bit of Welsh weather doesn’t stop this lot! ☔🏴

You can't see the rain dripping off the brim of my cap but, believe me, it was wet. And cold. And my glasses misted up. And yet .. I enjoyed it. I must be daft! 😄
It was cold. And wet. But I enjoyed that more than I'd expected! (Still in shorts, but I did wear a long-sleeve top/ jacket and my Cascadias, which with a pair of Injinji trail socks, kept my feet cosy.)
7.16km 6:25/ km avg pace, with a target of 45 min @ 131 bpm.
