Gosh 🤣 I just read my rant. I sound like a psychopath 😱 Apparently I'm grumpy too when I'm tired & frustrated.
I love my husband, we're in this for the long haul. I was just blowing off steam because I can't really say anything to him when he's vulnerable and suffering.

64 Oz of water daily when you are supposed to drink a pea sized sip every 15 mins. He also has to get 90g of liquid protein each day (in 5 separate meals) BUT you can't drink water 30 mins before or 30 mins after your 30 mins you have drink your protein 5x a day.

He's already said, "I Quit" 3 x this morn. Me - "You can't quit, they removed your fricking stomach dude!!" 🤬 He's taking everything out on me because I'm safe but lawdy, grrrrrr
