I’m a big fan of eating breakfast but not of eating much of anything first thing in the morning 😅. My body hates solid foods before 10am - it’s weird.

#Bariatric support group went well this evening. Great tips on how to navigate the holidays. Discussed what happens in the brain if you try to sneak an old favorite food a few times after surgery. Listened to people ask a few specific to them questions. All good! Glad I can attend these Zooms.

64 Oz of water daily when you are supposed to drink a pea sized sip every 15 mins. He also has to get 90g of liquid protein each day (in 5 separate meals) BUT you can't drink water 30 mins before or 30 mins after your 30 mins you have drink your protein 5x a day.

There are a LOT of factors, including #cortisol from #stress that affect weight. I know a fair number of #physicians and other medical providers who are on GLP1s or even decided to undergo #bariatric surgery. It has nothing to do with their ability to treat patients.
