A proposta foi apresentada numa reunião realizada no dia 21 de janeiro, entre o presidente da Direção da NERSANT, Rui Serrano, e o presidente da Câmara Municipal do Sardoal, Pedro Rosa, dedicada ao desenvolvimento da região e ao reforço da cooperação institucional.
