Just had the fastest #smeartest ever. I was in there less than 5 mins & that included identity checking and the debrief! Granted I have had them previously which may have contributed to speed but I remember how lovely the nurse was in my 1st smear: explained everything. Definitely worth doing!

Tl;dr:
- no dizziness before
- test took half an hour
- lots of poking
- dizziness since when changing position
- food and a nap not helped

I had a #SmearTest (for the Americans, a pap smear/test) today. The nurse was kind, reassuring and efficient. It was very quick and very nearly painless. If you have a cervix, do make and go to your screening appointments 💜
