Having worked on the Tobacco and Vapes Bill, I understand how vital moving towards a #SmokeFreeUK is for public health. It's one of the leading causes of preventable death, disability and ill health.

Big news for a #SmokefreeUK! @senedd.wales has voted for the Tobacco & Vapes Bill, which aims to help end cancers caused by smoking and create the first smokefree generation. We now want to see the Bill passed in @houseoflords.parliament.uk and implemented across all four nations.

Brilliant news that the Tobacco & Vapes Bill has just been voted through its legislative consent motion in the @parliament.scot. This is a huge step towards a #SmokefreeUK after a similar @niassembly.gov.uk vote in February and we now hope to see @senedd.wales follow suit.
