Forgot yesterday to book aisle seat. I get claustrophobic & anxious on overnight haul. Arriving at Heathrow I explained to @British_Airways desk the situation. I was on the aisle, end of 3 seats. He offered to change me upstairs, quieter & only 2 seats👇. I nearly cried #sokind
