Here's a spot of good news. Apparently dozens of other fire depts have arrived to help fight the blaze. A list is being compiled as to all the companies lending a hand, I'll post it when it becomes available.

The Horry County fire is approx 1,200-acres. So far I haven't seen any mention of the fires containment, so that likely meaning there is no containment yet.
