Let’s take a break from the horrors of the world.

This weekend I made an awesome flatbread topped with olive oil and za’atar, piles of mint, parsley, scallions, and cilantro. Then topped with mozzarella, imported feta, onions, and garlic. I topped it with a green lettuce and herb salad.
