We spotted a #SpecialVisitor at the #MPI_BioDiversum bird feeding station: a Grey-faced woodpecker🐦🥳. The endangered species is easily confused with the more common European green woodpecker. Great to see them feeling at home on our #FassbergCampus😊. https://www.mpinat.mpg.de/en/biodiversum/blog
