今日で一段落した仕事があり、昼・夜と控えめだったので、チョコレートを許すことにしました。
こちらはお土産に選んだもの。
下のガナッシュがとても濃厚で贅沢。

濃厚バニラガナッシュシュークリーム
今日の帰り、二子玉川は混んでました。
玉川高島屋本館地下のお菓子売場もお店によっては行列。
そんな中で買ってきたユーハイムのシュークリームです。
せっかくなので珈琲きゃろっとのイルガチェフェを淹れました。
ほとんど生クリームなんですが、名前の通り、底にバニラ風味のガナッシュが入ってます。
初めて食べたシュークリームです。練乳の塊みたいでカロリーが怖いですが、背徳感のある美味しさ。

Josiah Spode perfected the method of transfer wear c.1784 and produced the first printed “Willow” patterns 1784-90s. The Spode factory was 11 acres at its most successful but sadly closed in 2008. There is a museum located in the old factory.
