Berglund has the entitled developer attitude dialed up to 11. I suspect that no one in city government has run the numbers on the annual value of the assorted tax breaks awarded to the #900Tucker / #SquareTIF development. The BOA was unphased by the fact that work hard started before TIF approval.

A representative from Starwood Group/900 N. Tucker Building gave a brief presentation to the Real Estate Committee of SLPS.
Starwood wants to contribute to SLPS by leasing 30 spaces in parking garage owned by Board of Education.
I’d rather Starwood pay its fair share in property taxes.
