During WWI, Lady Sclater ran a War Hospital Supply Depot from 18 Pont Street, just steps from St Columba’s.

From 1915, garments and surgical supplies made there supported wounded soldiers at home and abroad.

A quiet legacy of service on our street. 🕊️
