I am a musical theatre convert. Turns out all it took was the music of my favourite songwriter, set in a city I love dearly, & a story full of social & political history. But #StandingAtTheSkysEdge would still be 💯 standing-ovation-worthy even if none of that applied. Go see

#StandingAtTheSkysEdge @crucibletheatre was a beautiful piece of theatre. Felt very privileged as a Londoner coming to Sheffield to experience a slice of its history. Marvellous story portrayed by a fabulous ensemble and band. Will be going again when it hits @NationalTheatre
