plot reappears. To their credit, Tom stayed demoted thru end of S6. We do get the only ever appearance of the Delaney sisters here. I enjoyed this FAR more than what my memory had it filed as. Some nice SFX as well for 1998.
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 103 - Thirty Days - 9 Dec 1998 1/2
Real world stuff changed this. This was supposed to be just Tom Paris on the planet. It came up short on time, so they added the sequence with Tom being demoted and confined in the brig for "30 days". Great, my least fav Tom
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 102 - Nothing Human - 2 Dec 1998 2/2
Mengele. The info WILL save her, but B'Elanna & many of the crew don't want the info used at all. The bulk of this ep is ethical debates. There's also a big Janeway command decision. Very talky ep - but some good drama.
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 102 - Nothing Human - 2 Dec 1998 1/2
B'Elanna gets hurt, and in order to save her, the Doctor has to dig deep into medical records. He finds info from an infamous Cardassian Doctor that could save her, but the Doctor is the Cardassian version of the Nazi Josef
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 101 - Infinite Regress - 25 Nov 1998 2/2
us some good acting performances by Jeri Ryan. Seven, while a great character doesn't have the widest range of emotional responses - so this was a good chance to see something different there. Liked Naomi Wildman too.
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 101 - Infinite Regress - 25 Nov 1998 1/2
Voyager runs across Borg rubble and in there is a device that Seven reacts to. She ends up experiencing personalities from various races that the Borg have assimilated. It's a bit of a hokey premise, but it does afford
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 100 - Timeless - 18 Nov 1998 3/3
I wish this could have been two parts - there was certainly enough meat on the bone for it. Crash landing of Voyager looked excellent, and a "determined" Harry was a nice change of pace for that character. Tempted to watch 2x.
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 100 - Timeless - 18 Nov 1998 2/3
is Harry trying to undo time & revive his dead crewmates. Harry is the big star here - Garrett Wang did a great job with it. Fun cameo by LeVar Burton as Geordi (who also directed). Total winner from front to end - no bad bits.
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 100 - Timeless - 18 Nov 1998 1/3
Ep 100 is a total banger - probably my single fav Voyager ep. 15 yrs in the future, Harry Kim & Chakotay made it home - but only them. An error by Harry caused the death of the entire crew of Voyager - and the ship, too. The ep

perceptions of adult situations. We spend time in a holodeck with a kids character. Not my favorite ep. When it was new, my kids weren't born yet, and now they're too old. I can see the appeal for fans w/young kids tho.
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 99 - Once Upon a Time - 11 Nov 1998 1/2
An odd ep. Samantha Wildman is on an away mission, and gets injured. The crew (mostly Neelix) takes it upon themselves to take care of the kid. Mom eventually recovers, but in the meantime we get a lot of time with child
I'm a big Star Trek fan, and liked all the shows - including Voyager. I just found out that the adult version (Scarlett Pomers) of the little girl on that show (Naomi Wildman) is a big Black Sabbath fan. Had to pass this on. :) #StarTrek #StarTrekMarathon

intent of Alpha Quadrant invasion. Even watching it this time, I had forgotten the ending, so got to enjoy it again as a surprise. Also enjoyed the various character development moments through this. Enjoyable episode.

A fun ep. Species 8472 decides to learn about humans and creates a replica of Starfleet HQ as well as a bunch of humans including Ray Walston's Boothby. They have a training facility to understand humans, presumably with the
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 97 - Extreme Risk - 28 Oct 1998 3/3
Fun fact: The outfit that Roxanne Dawson wore at the start of the episode was the same one that William Shatner wore in a deleted scene in Star Trek: Generations. The one where Kirk was doing orbital skydiving. :)
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 97 - Extreme Risk - 28 Oct 1998 2/3
better. The part I liked was Tom Paris' creation of the new shuttle - the "Delta Flyer". That part was intersting. Although for a ship with constant power and rationing problems, where'd they get the materials to do this? 🤣
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 97 - Extreme Risk - 28 Oct 1998 1/3
Two distinct plots. One of them I liked, one I did not. The one I did not was B'Elanna getting all moody about the death of the Maquis. It makes her do a bunch of weird life threatening things. Worf as a moody Klingon is way
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 96 - Drone - 21 Oct 1998 2/2
best part of all this is that it casts Seven in a mother role - something new for her. I QUITE liked the performances of Seven and "One" here. A lot of drama about One and the danger of the existing collective. Emotional ending.
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 96 - Drone - 21 Oct 1998 1/2
One of my fav Voyager eps. The Doctor's mobile emitter gets crossed with Seven's nano probes, and it creates a new Borg drone - only this time "from the 29th Century". He's way more advanced than any drone seen to this point. The
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 95 - Night - 14 Oct 1998 2/2
The best part is Janeway finally has some doubt as to why she stranded them here in the first place. There is some drama with "local aliens", but it's not a huge threat. Fun with Chaotica & Janeway angst makes this work well IMO.
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 95 - Night - 14 Oct 1998 1/2
S5 starts off with some fun - the Capt Proton holodeck program starts here. ALWAYS enjoyed this, super fun sidetrack. The main plot involves Voyager in a region of space with no stars, galaxies, or planets - just a black void.
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 94 - Hope and Fear - 20 May 1998 2/2
out it's a trap, and they're being pursued by an alien who was po'ed at Janeway's deal w/ the Borg. Seven doesn't want to go home (the fear). Loved seeing the advanced ship, wish it was real. Kind of an odd no cliffhanger.
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 94 - Hope and Fear - 20 May 1998 1/2
S4's finale involves them finally decoding the encrypted message from "Hunters". It contains a message directing them to some new Federation tech. A more advanced Starship that would allow them to get home way faster. Turns
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 93 - One - 13 May 1998 2/2
of this ep is showing how Seven is trying to grow as a person and adapt to being by herself. We get some fun hallucinations by Seven when she's "alone'. A pretty good bottle ep with just Seven & the Doctor for the majority of it.
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 93 - One - 13 May 1998 1/2
The penultimate ep of S4 is a Seven heavy one. The ship goes through a region that is hazardous to human life. The crew is put in stasis to survive, leaving only the Doctor and Seven alive. But she's human too? - never mind. The bulk

different kind of life form that can clone them - and the ship. Makes for some interesting ethical discussions. Eventually Voyager recharges to 100% and off they go. This ep is more interesting than I make it sound - liked this one.
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 92 - Demon - 6 May 1998 1/2
Voyager's previously unknown "low power mode" is in use because their battery has dropped below 20%. Their search for a source leads them a planet generally incompatible with human life, but they risk it. They encounter well, a

what really happened. This is the closest we got to a mirror universe ep on Voyager. The changes of course cause a problem with established dogma, leading to a civil war of sorts. This (backup) Doctor leaves to find Earth.
#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 91 - Living Witness - 29 Apr 1998 1/2
One of my favs. The Doctor "wakes up" 700ish years in the future in a museum with a Voyager exhibit. However, they got it all wrong (the Warship Voyager). The Doctor spends most of his time trying to correct the record of
