Stark County Commission approves $2M small‑city grant transfer, creates Dickinson Airport fund On Dec. 29 the Stark County Commission approved a set of year‑end budget amendments, including a $2 million transfer to the Small City Grant Fund, creation of a Dickinson Airport fund with $2.25 million rolled into it, and a $1.75 million transfer into the new airport special projects fund; commissioners also approved a separate transfer for fairgrounds projects.
