Bethany de Riva (Hawke is her maiden name), not-quite-final Veilguard version. Bethany stands in a field of rubble, with some lavender-pink sky and light clouds visible toward the upper left. She's clad in a white or pale blue dress shirt that's modestly unbuttoned at the top, its sleeves rolled up to her elbows. The bared forearm reveals part of a faint blue lyrium-tinted tattoo of a feathered wing. The other arm is hidden behind her as she stands about a quarter turn to the camera, but there's another wing on it, too, one for each of her siblings. The view is cut off at the upper thigh, but we see some dark blue trousers, and a very tall waist guard in dark brown leather with silky red trim and steel hardware. Canonically 41 at the time Veilguard begins, Bethany has a comfortably fuller figure but has lost some of the stylized softness of youth. In contrast to her sister, a spitting image of their fater, the much clearer resemblance to her mother — the more square face and the slightly pursed lips, especially — is still there (or so one hopes). Gone are the long wavy locks, too, shortened to a slightly tighter-curling practical bob.
