Transparencia, Consentimiento y Remuneración. Eslogan: "Stay True to the Act, Stay True to Culture"
Demanda 1: Proteger los derechos de autor y la innovación. Para poder desarrollar su actividad, los creadores deben disponer de derechos que les permitan supervisar de que modos es explotada su obra y recibir una remuneración por dichos usos.
Demanda 2: Transparencia. Los sistemas de IA que hagan uso de obras creativas deben hacerlo con Transparencia y de conformidad con la legislación vigente en materia de derechos de autor.
Demanda 3: Avanzar de la mano. La Unión Europea debe esforzarse por favorecer un clima y un entorno propicios para que tanto las industrias creativas como la IA puedan prosperar.
"Transparencia, Consentimiento y Remuneración". Estas son las premisas que United Voice Artists [UVA, donde se integra PASAVE], junto con otras 12 coaliciones firmantes de artistas internacionales, exigen a la UE.
