When I saw this #architectural marvel, I knew I had to see it in person one day. And I did on a #cruise port stop at #Flam.

The spectacular #Stegastein viewing platform juts out 30 M from the mountainside for a 650 M view above Aurlandsfjord.

Nordic waterfront living. I could very quickly learn to love it. Just out of Flåm, Norway.

Leaving Oslo on the Bergensbanen train to Bergen, 18th May 2024. Hopped off at Myrdal for an overnighter in Flåm. No offense, Oslo, but scenery like this is what we travelled halfway around the world for... and Norway does *not* disappoint.
